Return & Exchange Policy

  • What shipping options are available?

Digital versions of art pieces will be sent to you via email you provide for us after the payment is done. Everything else will be shipped by mail in a box or an envelope, depending on the products.

  • How much will each shipping method cost the customer?

The standard shipping price will be included in products that require physical shipping. Digital artworks will be sent free of charge, of course. 

  • How long each shipping method will typically take?

This will completely depend on the location to which we need to ship the product. Each purchase will be confirmed via email with an estimated shipping time. Digital art will be sent within one day after the purchase UNLESS there is a problem with sending out the file (internet connection, mostly)

  • Any restrictions on where you can deliver?

There shouldn't be any restrictions on where we will deliver the products, but the further the location, the more time it will take for the product to arrive.

  • How many days you have to return a product?

Each product, except for digital works (which cannot be returned nor refunded!), will have a return period of 30 days UNLESS the product was broken by you and sent back with a hope of a refund or a replacement.

  • How will you receive the refund?

Each product returned without violating our policies will be refunded by either replacing with the same but new product OR by sending the money to the customer's bank account

  • Who pays for shipping to return the product?

Return shipping will be paid by us ONLY if the customer will send us a photographic evidence proving that the product was broken during shipping. In a case of the customer just wanting a refund without the product being broken or defected, the shipping will be paid by the customer.
